Find your solace.

I often find myself overworking, losing track of what my body needs. Some days, I eat too much, trying to comfort myself with food, while other days, I can barely eat at all because I’m so overwhelmed. My sleep is just as unpredictable; I either sleep too much or struggle to stay awake, caught up in the hectic pace of life.


In this busy world, it’s easy to forget to take care of ourselves. What we really need is someone who can be gentle with us, someone who understands our struggles and reminds us to slow down. Life can be tough, and having that support helps us breathe a little easier.


It's important to find someone who feels like home—a person we can turn to when life feels heavy. In their company, we can share our worries and simply be ourselves. This connection can bring us comfort and help us find peace in the chaos around us.
